John Reynolds was born in Boonville, Indiana in 1944. He graduated from Ball State University in 1973 with a Masters of Architecture. It was his lifelong dream to be an artist, and has been his third career for the past twelve years, after architecture and jewelry design/manufacturing/retail. John enjoys portrait painting, which he teaches at the Indianapolis Art Center. He paints self portraits, portraits for the joy of painting, and portraits by commission
