I work with encounters I have had with nature, to display the same uplifting beauty and experiences it presents. Through abstractions, I try to capture how it feels to be there. I manipulate colors, light and textures to recreate the forces of nature.  Everyone has their own experiences with it. I have a passion for nature and continue to try to capture its spiritual presence.  My work has evolved over 30 years and most recently I have been trying to simplify my work through abstraction, Hopefully the viewer can reflect and relate with their own encounters.
